Without our Member Organisations, our work would not have the same impact. And without your generosity, their reach would not go as far and or impact as many young people. This year, your support helped bring our Movement together. From June to August, five Regional Conferences; three online and two in person (Asia-Pacific in India and Europe in Austria), created invaluable opportunities for Member Organisations to connect and make decisions directly affecting their region. Because of you, essential training reached Member Organisations across the globe. Safeguarding, meaningful youth participation, leadership development, and international facilitator training empowered volunteers and young women alike. You made possible a young women’s leadership forum at Pax Lodge, a roundtable in Rwanda, and Capacity Assessment Tool trainings in Bahrain, Paraguay, and Peru— each one strengthening skills, confidence, and community. Today, 1,125 volunteers from 121 Member Organisations make up our global volunteer pool, with more than 400 actively serving in operational roles. Their commitment reflects your belief in the power of people. And Romi from Germany described her time at a World Centre as a true journey of self-discovery: World Centres are more than safe spaces, they are hubs of meaningful programming, from leadership to international friendship to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths programmes. Thanks to you, our Movement is growing. Today, we are 11,235,941 strong, and Member Organisations are more engaged than ever, with 129 responding to our global census to help shape our shared future.
